Matt McCormick
Editor and Producer

Matt McCormick began his journey into television production while studying at Syracuse University. After working for large companies such as Cablevision and ESPN, Matt joined Bluefoot Entertainment in March 2005. "I enjoy a more personal work environment, and Bluefoot is a place where we can provide the consistency of assigning one editor per project, so there's more ownership of what you're working on."

Throughout his career, Matt has received seven National Sports Emmy Awards, Telly Awards, New York Festival Awards, and Gracie and GLAAD awards. He has also twice been nominated for "Outstanding Editing" by the Sports Emmy Awards.

"I love coming to work every day and working with such talented people. We strive to become personally involved with every edit to make sure that we complete the producer's vision. It's been exciting to watch Bluefoot grow, and I can only imagine where we will be in a few years."

Timothy Horgan
Director, Photographer, Editor, Producer

Timothy Horgan founded Bluefoot Entertainment Inc. in November 2003 with the help of his father Denis and mother Patricia. Since then the small family business has grown in enormous ways, working on some of the world's biggest Sporting Events and winning multiple prestigious awards... becoming one of the most talented and technically powerful Post Production houses in the Northeast. Horgan likes to attribute any success to the creed... "If you want to work on the best projects, you must produce the best work. Pretty simple."

Tim has been fortunate to personally win 3 National Sports Emmy Awards, both the Edward R. Murrow and Sigma Delta Chi Awards for Journalism, over a dozen New York Festival Awards, including two Gold World Medals for Editing, and over two dozen post-production Telly Awards, among others.

Horgan launched his career in Radio in 1993. And at 21 years-old, became the producer of "The Zone" a sports radio show airing locally in CT on 1410 WPOP.

In 1994 he began his Network Television Production life as a Photographer, Producer and Editor working Nationally for ESPN on shows like SportsCenter and the Extreme Games.

Adding Director and Writer to his skill-set, Tim and Bluefoot have been busy working closely with the good people of ESPN for over 15 years on many, many of the Network's highest profile events. Working on all sides of production on countless Open Sequences, creative Look and Show Campaigns, Long and Short-form Features, Mini-Documentaries, Movie Trailers, you name it.

Horgan says, "I always believe that where you work is as important to what you're working on. So, working closely with Matt, my Brother Dan, Nicole, Dave, my family, Kaya and many of my friends from ESPN, just makes it an enjoyable place to be around. Working or not. So I think the laid back atmosphere at Bluefoot is one of our greatest creative attributes and we are very proud of it."

Nicole Pugliese
Production Coordinator

Nicole Pugliese was first introduced to television production as an intern at Northern Lights Communications, Inc. in Bristol, Connecticut while studying at the Morse School of Business. She excelled at her role, and was eventually hired as a full-time employee. It was there that she was introduced to Tim Horgan, a fellow co-worker, who would later leave the company to start his own business, Bluefoot Entertainment.

Nicole joined Bluefoot in 2005 as a production coordinator. Today, she oversees each project that comes through Bluefoot, coordinating shoots and edits, and ensuring that projects run according to schedule. In short, Nicole does what is necessary to keep the business on track so that it can reach its full potential.

"Though this is not the industry I would have imagined working in when I was younger, it is amazing where life will take you, " says Nicole. "Bluefoot is a family of wonderfully talented people and I am so blessed to be a part of it.".

Daniel Horgan
Producer, Director, Editor

Daniel Horgan always knew he would join the family business. While studying fine arts, history and writing at Providence College in Rhode Island, Daniel would regularly join his brother Tim, founder and executive producer of Bluefoot, in his editing room, gaining valuable television production experience.

Daniel cut his teeth in the business as a freelancer as well as a writer and researcher for a Boston-based media company from 2001 to 2005 before officially joining Bluefoot in January of 2005.

Today, Daniel is an instrumental, creative and visionary member of the Bluefoot team. While holding the title of producer, Daniel is also an accomplished director and editor. Working with a wide range of clients, conversing daily with television's best producers, sound boarding with decorated production crews, as well as tangling with the industry's most elite editors every single day, visual invention has become his profession.

"An idea that might once have been tucked away in a dusty journal is instead put to the gallery, rejiggered and refined, and then given a home in an ongoing or future project for a client," says Daniel of his role at Bluefoot. "The key is to find the parts that make it move, and then give it a soul. That's what makes my world spin."
